▸ PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
Cyber Uninstaller only requests the permissions it needs. QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES is required to list all installed apps (including those not in the launcher). REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES is required to trigger the system uninstall dialog. No contacts, no camera, no microphone, no location — ever.

This Privacy Policy describes how Cyber Terrorist Dragon ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Cyber Uninstaller Android application ("the App"). Information We Collect
The App reads the list of installed applications on your device in order to display them in the app interface. This data is never transmitted off your device. It is processed locally in memory solely to provide the core functionality of the App.

Advertising & Third Parties
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not control the data collected by AdMob's SDK.

We do not integrate any other third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or data brokers in this version of the App.
Data Retention
The App stores one local preference on your device: a flag indicating whether you have completed the onboarding screens. This is stored in Android SharedPreferences and never leaves your device.
No user data is stored on our servers because we do not operate any backend servers in connection with this App. All app data is ephemeral — it exists only while the App is running.
Children's Privacy
Cyber Uninstaller is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
The App is rated for audiences aged 3 and above on Google Play, reflecting that the content is safe for general audiences, and no age-restricted content is present.
Your Rights
Because the App does not collect or store personal data on our systems, most data subject rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations are satisfied by default — there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete.

Security
We design the App with a minimal data footprint as the primary security measure. Since the App does not transmit personal data, the risk surface for data breaches is substantially reduced compared to apps that operate cloud backends.
All uninstall operations require explicit user confirmation through the Android system dialog. The App cannot uninstall anything without the user tapping "OK" on the Android system prompt.
